This beautiful oceanfront property features 2 full homes that sleeps 12 people, an Ocean front House and its sister Cottage, located on the North Shore of Oahu near Waimea Bay. The two homes are just a minute walk away to two different white sand beaches. The 2 self contained homes are located 20 yards away from each other and together have 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms that sleep a combined 12 people. The three bedroom, 2 bathroom Oceanfront Home sleeps up to 6 people on 3 Queen size beds (the third bed is a comfy futon). The other three bedroom, 2 bathroom Cottage home also sleeps up to 6 people on 3 Queen size beds (the third bed is also a comfy futon). There is a private gated parking lot that fits up to 3 total cars. Both homes have Air Conditioning. The property is walking and biking distance to all the beaches and world famous surf spots this area is known for. The best scuba diving and snorkeling on this whole side of the island are right off the front of the home and walking distance away at Three Tables Beach and Sharks Cove. The waters off the front of the property are part of a protected marine reserve, so the water is crystal clear with abundant marine life, including sea turtles, dolphins, whales and schools of tropical fish. All the modern conveniences of home are included in the Oceanfront house: high end Kitchen appliances, free High Speed Wifi, wall mounted TV, rain shower heads in the showers, BBQ on the ocean front deck, outdoor shower on grass lawn overlooking the ocean, etc. Bath and beach towels and linens are provided. The Oceanfront master bedroom and bathroom with Japanese soak tub overlook the ocean. If you like to cook, we have a fully stocked kitchen ready for you. Big decks run along the entire entrance and ocean front side of the home. There is a beautiful big deck that overlooks the ocean. The house has an outdoor shower, a BBQ, and washer and dryer. The other Cottage offers 3 bedrooms, a small kitchen and 2 bathrooms as well as free high speed WI-FI, flat screen TV, outdoor BBQ and Air Conditioning. The cottage's bedroom floors, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, ceiling fans and furniture have been remodeled and updated. The garden surrounding the cottage consists of large palms, plumerias and gardenias. The landscaping separates and provides privacy for both homes on the property. The cottage has an outdoor deck with a dining table. There's an outdoor shower to use to wash the sand off after coming back from the beach. Come relax on this property on the world famous North Shore where you can bike, surf, snorkel, ocean kayak or just kick back and enjoy a drink overlooking the the Pacific Ocean and garden after you return from the beach. A beautiful grass lawn and Hawaiian palms, night jasmine and plumeria surround the homes. We are just a 45 minute drive from the Honolulu airport. The North Shore town of Haleiwa and Turtle Bay Resort are 10 minutes away by car. The Foodland super market and Cafe are just a short walk away.
